Daylight Happiness

When it starts to be light outside and the sky is a tentative blue,

I lie back and close my eyes, ready to drown myself in you.

Love so tender it comes ripping through

Laughing at us, at me and you.

In cold dawns and frosty dusks, it has often come and awakened me thus.

  1. When its dark and we stand on cusps
when its just us and the beautiful dusks
I let myself be, in absolute surrender
    It comes ripping through, then,
    The love so tender.
